About me
Jo Crewdson
Hello!
I've lived all my life by the coast and it holds a great importance to me. A walk by the sea can offer so many different sights and sounds. From pebbles being dragged back from the shoreline by the tide or the cry of a gull soaring above me, to the ragged cliftop walks observing various flora and fauna along the South West Coast Path.
Born in Plymouth - the place famous for Sir Francis Drake playing bowls on Plymouth Hoe - my love of all things coastal began. Family summer holidays were spent in a wonderful little challet in Hayle, North Cornwall, where we would spend our days on the golden sands of Hayle Towans or exploring nearby coastal towns.
I moved to Torquay (still in Devon but a little further up the coast from Plymouth) and met my husband Steve. Both our boys attended Falmouth University which gave us more coast to explore with our frequent visits.
I am an avid photo grabber! Guide books will tell you a certain walk should take 3 hours - they obviously haven't walked it with me! Every corner I turn, provides me with yet another view to inspire my crafting - so I snap away!
Loving life at the beach!
The latest addition to our family is our Labradoodle pup Wilson - who I'm sure will love the coast as much as I do!
